Library versus assessment

An Assessment Library is the reusable blueprint: sections, pinned questions, pools, blueprint generation, duration and passing criteria. An Assessment is the executable instance built from it — scheduled, assigned and published. That separation is what makes reuse possible.

Scheduling and availability

A fixed window everyone shares, a window per candidate, or always open. Timezone-aware, with max attempts, cooldown between attempts, and a best-score policy of highest, latest or average.
